How long we keep information
Information stored will be reviewed at least once a year and deleted if it is no longer needed.
If you purchase physical items from us your data will only be kept for as long as it’s needed to deliver your product to you and allow for any returns or refunds. Some information regarding transactions may need to be retained longer to comply with tax law.
If you attend fitness classes your data is only required while you are still attending classes. Therefore it will be deleted if you have not attended a class (or asked to stay registered) since the last review. You will be informed that your data is about to be deleted and given the opportunity to inform us that you wish to remain registered and receive updates about classes before the deletion occurs. Some information regarding transactions may need to be retained longer to comply with tax law.
If you are on any of our mailing lists you can ask to unsubscribe at any time using the contact email above or an unsubscribe button if available. We may also assess your subscriber status at each review and remove inactive subscribers.
